When I walked into Avril 50, the first thing that captured my attention on the art catalogue section was the newest issue of X-Tra. The blocky color combo popped among many of the other magazines. The magazine itself is mostly about reviews of recent artwork and artist projects made for X-Tra. Though not necessarily related to design, the articles go in depth into the process and concepts behind the art works that I thought are relevant in design as well.
